The house needed a thorough makeover starting with the exterior paint and everything inside– kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, paint and lighting.

Unique Features

Switching the location of the range and the sink and removing the peninsula opened up the kitchen while cream colored shaker cabinets, grey quartz countertop and white subway tile backsplash modernize the space. Since both bathrooms were small, stained wood floating vanities and inset mirrored medicine cabinets maximize storage without compromising the space. Luxury vinyl flooring was installed throughout. Except for the bathrooms which were painted grey, the walls were freshened with cream colored paint. Outside, a combination of teal, cream and black paint give the house a new and modern look.

What used to be a dark, cumbersome kitchen is now light, bright and functional. The new bathrooms are better designed and have more storage. We especially love the whimsical tile design of the guest bathroom.
