Client Must Haves

The clients wanted a bar area that worked with their newly remodeled fireplace. They asked that the bar have a place to store liquor, a wine refrigerator and a display area for the homeowner’s collectibles.

Unique Features

The fireplace inspired the multi-colored palette of the bar cabinetry. The inset cabinets’ black frames match the black mantle while the gray painted door and drawer fronts and the gray cabinet interiors match the fireplace’s stackstone facade. The visual texture of reeded glass in the cabinet doors and the three dimensional marble tile backsplash emulate the roughness of the stacked stone. LED lights under the counter, on the toe-kick and on the perimeter of the open shelves create a dramatic effect.
