Client Must Haves

The project required converting the laundry room that was next to the garage into a mudroom. The homeowners wanted a drop zone that could accommodate backpacks, shoes, coats, etc. for 4 people. It needed to have storage for dog food, laundry supplies, and cleaning equipment. They wanted a sink and hanging space to dry delicates. 

Unique Features

The new mudroom has a tall cabinet with open storage, hooks to hang coats and backpacks and a padded seating area. Opposite, another tall cabinet stores sundry laundry items and miscellaneous supplies. A sink, a folding area, a place to hang clothes and a built-in ironing board complete the laundry set up.
